SERWITECH warrants that Plexsound Psychonote amplifiers are free from manufacturing defects during the entire period of use by the original buyer and free from defects in materials for three years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, provided that:
  • The problems are not the result of misuse, wilful damage, changes in the system, incorrect power supply, improper installation of tubes (incorrect fitting of the tubes may damage the amplifier), or as a result of flooding the inside of the amplifier cabinet with a liquid – any of these actions will result in a loss of warranty rights.
  • The amplifier should be delivered in the original packaging, protected from damage during transport. The delivery costs will be covered by the buyer. SERWITECH will cover the costs of the items returned.
  • Tubes, speakers and reverberation sensors are covered by a ninety-day warranty. Otherwise, the same rules apply as above.
